Job description

Nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un opérateur de découpe laser CNC expérimenté et rigoureux pour joindre notre équipe de production sur le quart de soir. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'opération de notre tout nouvel équipement à la fine pointe de la technologie pour mener à bien nos projets de fabrication.
Principales responsabilités:
. Opérer le nouveau laser de fibre Penta Fiber Prime XL de 30 000 W.
. Alimenter et gérer la table de découpe grand format de 10 pieds par 40 pieds.
. Ajuster et optimiser les paramètres de coupe CNC selon les types de matériaux et les épaisseurs.
. Effectuer le contrôle de la qualité des pièces coupées en validant les tolérances et les finitions.
. Respecter rigoureusement les normes de santé et sécurité au travail de l'usine.
Expérience obligatoire et solide en opération de machine de découpe laser CNC.
Connaissance et aisance avec les lasers de fibre haute puissance ou les tables grand format (un atout majeur).
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, minutieuse et sécuritaire.
Excellente lecture de plans techniques.
