Job Details for CNC Machine Operator - CNC Machinist:
  • Schedule:
    • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3pm-1:30am
    • Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 7am-7pm
    • 1st shift and 3rd shift occasionally open
  • Pay Rate: $22 to $28 + per hour based on Shift and Experience Level
  • Permanent Full Time role
Job Responsibilities & Description for CNC Machine Operator - Machinist:
  • Maintain, operate, and perform setup and changeover of CNC Machines
  • CNC programming involvement: simple program edits, offset adjustments, first piece inspections etc.
  • Read and apply blueprints and understand GD&T: Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Refine small metal parts to tolerances of +/- 0.005" and as small as +/- 0.0005”
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
Job Requirements for CNC Machine Operator – Machinist:
  • REQUIRED: 2+ years of experience in skilled CNC Machine Operation including setup functions
  • REQUIRED: Experience with GD&T and manufacturing blueprints, schematics, or custom drawings
  • Must have excellent work history: 2+ consecutive years in a recent role, with near-perfect attendance record
  • PREFERRED: Understanding of G & M Codes and CNC programming basics (test run, edit programs, or perform offset adjustments)
  • If you have experience from Flinchbaugh, Richter Precision, Warwick Machine, Fenner, Tait Towers, Johnson Controls, Military Commercial Fasteners, Greiner, TE Connectivity, or a similar precision company, you are likely a good fit, please apply!
