We’re looking for an EXPERIENCED CNC Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Hickory, NC! If you know your way around CNC machinery and want a steady schedule, competitive pay, and a 3-day weekend EVERY week, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

To be considered, you MUST have previous hands-on CNC machine operating experience. We need someone who can come in with a solid understanding of CNC equipment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Operating CNC machinery
  • Monitoring equipment and product quality
  • Following production and safety procedures
  • Keeping production moving efficiently
  • Helping with additional production needs as required
  • Floating to the fiberglass department to assist with operating machinery when needed
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
  • Have previous CNC operating experience – REQUIRED
  • Have manufacturing or industrial experience
  • Are mechanically inclined and comfortable around machinery
  • Show up ready to work and can be counted on
  • Can work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Are flexible and willing to help in the fiberglass department
  • Can meet the STS requirement
