Location: Whitmore Lake, MI Shift: 1st (7am โ€“ 5pm) M-F Pay: $18/hr
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Whitmore Lake, MI. In this role, youโ€™ll gain hands-on experience working with CNC machinery while contributing to a team that supplies high-quality parts to major automotive manufacturers!
What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:

  • CNC Machine Operation: Operating various CNC machines (training provided) to produce precision parts according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Assembly & Inspection: Assembling and inspecting parts to ensure accuracy, quality standards, and compliance with detailed specifications.
  • Production Support: Following work instructions closely to meet daily production goals while maintaining efficiency and consistency.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety and quality standards, and adapt to production needs as required.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:
  • Experience in machine operation or working in a steel/metal manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the shift
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Skills:
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort working with machinery and a strong willingness to learn CNC equipment and processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Critical for ensuring parts meet strict quality standards and specifications.
