Job description

CNC Machine Operator / Setup – Mazak Mills

Pay: $20–$28/hr (based on experience) | Shift: 1st Shift | Type: Contract (open-ended, potential for direct hire)

We are in immediate need of two CNC Machine Operators with experience on Mazak mills (Mazak AJV and V515 machine centers). This is a hands-on role where you will set up, operate, and, if capable, program Mazak machines. Strong Mazak experience could qualify you for higher pay.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate Mazak AJV and V515 machine centers
  • Perform basic programming and edits on Mazatrol (or Fanuc) controls – programming is a plus
  • Use QC measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments
  • Support small production runs with attention to quality and accuracy
Qualifications:
  • Must have experience with CNC mills – specifically Mazak machines
  • Experience with Mazatrol or Fanuc programming/editing is a plus
  • Comfortable using precision measurement tools
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Compensation:
  • $20–$23/hr for experienced operators
  • Up to $28/hr for operators with Mazak programming experience
