Job description

Automated Equipment Operator / Production Manager

Construction Technology | Lewes, Delaware


We are partnering with an innovative construction technology company that is transforming how homes are built. Using advanced automated manufacturing equipment, our client produces wall panels directly on residential construction sites. This technology eliminates the need for large off-site factories and brings production closer to where homes are being built. We are seeking a hands-on Automated Equipment Operator / Production Manager to run this mobile production system on active construction sites throughout the Northeast.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate advanced automated manufacturing equipment used to produce residential framing components
  • Monitor production runs and maintain quality standards
  • Use proprietary software to queue, monitor, and report production activities
  • Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Receive material deliveries and manage material flow throughout the production area
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Coordinate with framing crews, superintendents, and site personnel
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues with support from remote engineering teams
  • Maintain production records and communicate project status to stakeholders
