Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC Mills (including Mazatrol programming) to produce high-precision components.
  • Produce the best quality parts in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining tight tolerances.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
  • Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle times while upholding the highest standards of quality.
  • Maintain and care for equipment, tooling, and work area to show we value our Resources (people, facilities, equipment, supplies, and time).
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve company goals efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues decisively and take ownership of problems.
  • Live up to commitments by consistently delivering on time and to specification (Do the Right Thing).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a CNC Mill Machinist, with strong preference for Mazak experience (Mazatrol programming is a plus).
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
  • Solid understanding tooling selection, speeds & feeds, and fixture setups.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive “Can Do / Next Level” mindset.
