Job description

Looking for a career with a stable, global metal parts manufacturer? In Mesa this is a growing new facility and looking for skilled CNC Mill Machinists to join their team! If you enjoy working in a clean, high-precision manufacturing environment and want to grow with an industry leader, we want to hear from you.

CNC Duties:
  • Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines to produce precision metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
  • Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Monitor quality and maintain tight tolerances

Available CNC Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM
Pay:
 $25–$35/hour DOE
*Competitive pay based on experience, setup ability, and technical skills.

Experience Needed For This CNC Position:
  • CNC Mill machining experience
  • Experience with machine setups, tooling, and offsets is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints and precision measurements
  • Manufacturing or metal machining experience preferred
