Job description

Lead Fabricator / CNC Vertical Mill Programmer

A custom manufacturing company in Newark, DE is looking for a handson for our CNC Department. Youโ€™ll program and operate CNC Vertical Mills (Haas VF10, VF4, VF3 & Fadal), lead operators, and bring custom steel, aluminum, and wood projects to life.

Youโ€™ll handle G & M code programming, machine setup and troubleshooting, scheduling machining centers, and keeping production moving with accuracy and speed. Expect a mix of CNC work and shopfloor fabrication using manual mills, press brakes, saws, lathes, and more. Collaboration with designers and management is key, as is maintaining quality in a fastpaced environment. Some overtime may be needed.

Weโ€™re looking for someone with 5+ years of CNC programming experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Experience with wood, Plexiglas, laminates, or veneers is a plus.

This is a fulltime, dayshift role with competitive pay and a solid benefits package.
