You’ll work hands-on with CNC milling and turning equipment, including Mazak vertical and horizontal machining centers, while helping manufacture equipment used in the pavement maintenance industry.

This role involves real setup and machining work—selecting tooling and fixtures, making adjustments at the machine, solving problems, inspecting your own work, and finding better ways to produce parts.

⚙️ What you'll be doing

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and CNC lathes
  • Run Mazak vertical and horizontal machining centers
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Select tooling, fixtures, and appropriate machine settings
  • Adjust feeds, speeds, offsets, and other parameters as needed
  • Edit CNC programs at the machine when required
  • Plan efficient machining sequences
