CNC Machinist
This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining efficient production and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CNC machining experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize machining processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements of the CNC Machinist
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience with programming, set-up, and machine operation.
- Experience editing and adjusting CNC programs to optimize production.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce quality parts that meet customer specifications.
- Make program and tooling adjustments to improve quality, efficiency, and machine performance.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment and maintain accurate quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Train and support machine operators on safe operating procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Pay is $34.00 - $38.00 hourly, based on experience
