Overview

Join our dynamic team in Gilberts, IL, as a CNC Machine Operator! We are looking for a skilled individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet our specifications. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications
