Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and independent CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and machining a variety of parts, ensuring they meet precise specifications and quality standards. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can complete tasks without supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts as per job prints or provided data.
  • Prepare the machine at the start of each workday, including powering it on and performing necessary checks.
  • Machine parts to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct minor machine maintenance with all company policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of yourself and your co-workers.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in CNC mill operation, setup, and program editing.
  • Proficient in 3 and/or 5 axis machining.
  • Some understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Must possess own tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:
