Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious CNC Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Lewis, KS. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for producing hydraulic components in accordance with specifications to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. If you have a strong mechanical background, technical skills, and 3+ years of CNC Machine Operator experience, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator:

  • Set up machine (calibration, cleaning, etc.) per documented work instructions or other requirements to start a production cycle.

  • Control and adjust machine settings as required.

  • Feed raw material or parts to semi-automate machines.

  • Inspect parts with precision tools, test the operation of machines periodically and maintain a machine activity log.

  • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products

  • Check output to spot any machine related mistake or flaws.

  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines as needed.
