Job Title: CNC Machinist I – 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $21.00-$28.00/hr. + $2.50 Shift Differential

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:30pm-1:00am, Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday


Job Summary

We are seeking a CNC Machinist I to support precision manufacturing operations. This role will operate CNC milling, turning, and grinding equipment to produce high-quality components while following established safety, quality, and production standards.


Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC mills, lathes, and CNC grinding machines.
  • Perform basic inspections using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, gauges, CMMs, and similar equipment.
  • Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and established safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Monitor production processes and ensure completed work meets quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; candidates with substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Approximately 1 year of CNC machining experience with mills, lathes, or grinding equipment preferred.
  • CNC machining training or NIMS certification preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and environmental, health, and safety standards.
