CNC Lathe Machinist Opportunities in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Dayshift with Overtime Availabilities!

A global leader in special and custom machines with a facility in Sterling Heights is currently seeking several CNC Lathe Machinists for long-term opportunities with their growing company. These are excellent opportunities for CNC Lathe Machinists with any experience in Setups, Operations and Programming with Fusion 360 or Mastercam who are looking for a company that offers great benefits, stable employment, training, and growth opportunities.

CNC Lathe Machinists hourly rates are anticipated to start between $25 to $30 per hour based on each candidates experience and education. We will pay more for the right skills and experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, 401k, and more.

Qualified CNC Lathe Programmers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of CNC Lathe Machining, Setup, Operations or Programming.
  • Experience with Fusion 360 or Mastercam is a plus.
  • Experience with prototype, one-off or low volume work.
  • Able to work 48 to 50 hours a week.
  • Training available for experienced Lathe Operators with some programming skills.
  • Able to pass standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
