CNC Programmer


Titan Trailers is looking for a CNC Laser Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Delhi, Ontario.

This position is responsible for creating laser cutting programs, optimizing nests, and supporting production operations. You'll work closely with Engineering and Production to ensure parts are programmed accurately, material utilization is maximized, and production runs efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize nests for laser-cut parts
  • Generate CNC programs using nesting software
  • Review CAD models and engineering drawings
  • Set and adjust cutting parameters based on material requirements
  • Support production teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement
  • Maintain programming databases and drawing revisions


Qualifications

  • Experience with CNC laser programming, nesting software, or CNC manufacturing
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or similar CAD software
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes is considered an asset
