CNC Machine Operator (All Levels)
Department: Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Gainesville, FL
Reporting To: Supervisor, Manufacturing
Description
Manufacture implants and instruments at an introductory level.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines with minimal assistance.
  • Work from written instructions; (Work Instructions)
  • Be able to adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity.
  • Ability to inspect own work with minimal assistance.
  • Meet production standards and quality expectations.
  • Ability to document results accurately.
  • Understand and follow GMP procedures as applicable to job duties.
  • Understand and follow all departmental SOP's. Document and report any process deviations to team leader.
  • Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures.
  • Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
  • Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:
  • Able to read blueprints.
  • Strong math skills
  • Able to use basic inspection tools, calipers, mics, etc
  • Some manufacturing experience.
  • Experince operating a CNC machine preferred.

  • Attention to details.
