We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-precision parts. Candidates with experience operating mills, lathes, reading blueprints, and using precision measuring tools are highly preferred.
This position is ideal for experienced machine operators, machinists, or candidates with strong mechanical aptitude who are looking to build a long-term career in precision manufacturing.
Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and machining equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify precise dimensions and tolerances
  • Inspect parts throughout production to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform routine machine checks and maintain a safe, clean work area
  • Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
