What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality parts while maintaining production and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
  • Load and unload materials and finished products
  • Monitor machine performance and production quality
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
  • Inspect finished products using measuring tools and visual inspections
  • Use tape measures, calipers, and other precision instruments to verify dimensions
  • Accurately record production and quality data
  • Report equipment issues and production concerns to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous CNC machining experience
  • Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, routers, or similar equipment
  • Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Experience in fabrication, machining, metalworking, or manufacturing environments
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
