Job Title: CNC Mill Programmer (Mastercam)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Mill Programmer with strong expertise in Mastercam to support precision machining operations. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC milling programs to ensure high-quality production and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD/CAM programming, blueprint interpretation, and hands-on machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and program CNC milling operations using Mastercam

  • Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to create accurate machining programs

  • Optimize toolpaths and machining processes for efficiency, quality, and cycle time reduction

  • Collaborate with machinists and production teams to ensure seamless execution of programs

  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues

  • Maintain and update program documentation and process records

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and tight tolerances

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-7 years of experience in CNC milling and Mastercam programming

  • Strong knowledge of G-code and machining processes

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

  • Experience working with precision parts and tight tolerances

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM integration workflows

  • Hands-on shop floor experience with CNC milling machines
