Job description

Overview

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists for our night shift. The shift will be 3, 12 hour days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights). In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise in CNC machining to produce high-quality components. If you are passionate about precision machining and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with mills and lathes with a minimium of 2 years experience.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
  • Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges to ensure precision.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
