Job description

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
  • Assist in the transport of patients
  • Provide companionship and basic care to patients
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Accurate documentation in the computer
  • Monitor and report vital signs and any changes in patient condition

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to work well in teams

Requirements:

  • Valid CNA license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Dementia certification
  • CPR/BLS
  • At least one (1) year experience in a facility
  • Reliable transportation
