Certified Nursing Assistant- full time

College Pines Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate team of caregivers.  We are currently offering a $2500 sign on bonus for full-time employees!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing daily routine nursing care and services, contributing to the success of our organization through setting the gold standard for rehabilitative care. Key Responsibilities:

*Provide daily routine nursing care and services in accordance with the residents’ assessment and care plan such as:

*Assist with activity of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing and feeding

*Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse

*Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

*Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

*Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift

*Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification, such as scheduled orientation programs and activities, facility in-service training programs, etc.
