We're looking for motivated and compassionate Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who have recently completed a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program and are working toward obtaining their CNA certification.

Important Certification Information
Applicants who have completed their CNA program but have not yet obtained their CNA certification may work in this role for up to 120 days while completing the certification process , in accordance with applicable requirements.
Successful completion of the CNA certification process is required to continue employment beyond this timeframe.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely manner
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and maintaining resident safety
- Take and document vital signs as directed
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
