Annually, this translates to a salary range of approximately $29,000 to $37,000. Some CNAs may earn more with overtime, night shifts, or working in specialized care settings. What factors can influence a CNA's salary and earning potential?

A Certified Nursing Assistant's (CNA) salary can vary based on several factors, including geographic location, type of healthcare facility, years of experience, and shift differentials. CNAs working in hospitals or government facilities often earn higher wages than those in nursing homes or home healthcare. Additionally, working night shifts or weekends can result in higher pay due to shift differentials.
