Pay: $23-26 DOE + Benefits

White Blossom Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. We are a residentfocused skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment. Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Status: Full Time
Shifts: All Shifts Available (Day, Evening, NOC)
Compensation: $23-26 and up DOE
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

  • Provide highquality, handson care to residents in accordance with their care plans

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators

  • Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory guidelines

  • Create a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

  • Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff

  • Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Current CNA certification in the state of California

  • Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong communication, reliability, and compassion

  • Prior skilled nursing or longterm care experience preferred, but not required

  • Must pass background check and health screening in accordance with state regulations
