Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

Sweetwater Care is seeking a part-time and full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Clyde, OH. As a CNA at Sweetwater Care, you will have the opportunity to provide loving care that is rooted in compassion and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors

  • Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management

  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment

  • Always exercise courtesy whenever residents, family members, and visitors are present

  • Demonstrate pride in Sweetwater Care by keeping areas clean and safe

  • Demonstrate ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work

  • Respect the privacy and dignity of residents

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous job experience preferred but not required

  • Must be a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Ohio

  • Must have current CPR for Health Care Providers

  • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work within deadlines

  • Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times

  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
