Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

1st and 2nd Shift Currently Available


Madison Manor is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in our Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care.


This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who are dependable, flexible, and committed to providing excellent care to our residents. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members are essential.

Additional Pay Incentives:

• $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift and 3rd shifts

• Additional $2.00/hour for Saturday and Sunday all shifts

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care according to each resident’s individualized plan of care

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing staff

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Accurately document ADLs and care provided in the electronic system

• Assist with vital signs and daily care needs while promoting resident comfort and dignity
