Job Description Matchwell is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for one of our Acute Care partners in Panama City, FL. See below for full details and benefits. Salary Range: $18-$20/hr Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift, Contract Position Requirements: Current CNA Certification At least 1 year of acute care experience Current Tuberculosis screening BLS certification Hepatitis B, Influenza and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions Latex Allergy Screening Background and Drug Screening Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients and supervise the day-to-day activities of nursing staff and CNAs in accordance with federal, state and local standards.

Monitor and assess patients' needs and conditions and communicate any changes to care team. Plan, Implement, and Evaluate patient care plans in conjunction with other healthcare team members. Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
