Summary/Job Scope:

Purpose of Position:We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Crushing & Wash Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining crushing and wash-plant equipment to ensure efficient production while meeting safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate crushing, screen, and wash-plant equipment
  • Monitor plant performance and adjust settings as needed
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and report equipment concerns
  • Conduct daily housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment
  • Complete production and equipment reports
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications and Education:
  • Experience operating crushing, screening, or wash-plant equipment preferred
  • Ability to operate skid-steer and man-lift equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and attendance
  • Highschool graduate or GED.
