Secure Source International is a rapidly growing leader in security system solutions, committed to protecting client assets through innovation, accountability, and excellence. We are currently seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Surveillance Technicians to join our Central Monitoring Station team.

This is a performance-based position with clear expectations and structured workflows. We're looking for individuals who take pride in doing meaningful work, stay alert and focused during long shifts, and value consistency, teamwork, and accountability. Position Overview:

As a Surveillance Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring live video feeds and system alerts across various client properties nationwide. When suspicious or criminal activity is detected, you will be responsible for initiating timely emergency dispatch and properly documenting the event. Your role is essential to our mission of real-time protection, 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live surveillance video feeds and detect suspicious or unauthorized activity
  • Promptly dispatch emergency personnel (e.g., police) when necessary
  • Accurately document incidents, observations, and actions in detailed shift reports
  • Collaborate with on-site Security Guards, Field Technicians, and other departments
  • Remain alert, focused, and professional throughout long periods of screen monitoring
  • Adhere to all company procedures, protocols, and operational standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work area
  • Support the overall performance and reputation of the Surveillance team
  • Complete assigned duties and shift tasks as directed by your Team Lead or Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check (no criminal history)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Comfortable sitting for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured workflows, policies, and protocols
  • Prior experience in surveillance, security, or call centers is a plus
