What is a CMS operator?

CMS Operators are professionals responsible for managing and maintaining Content Management Systems (CMS) used to create, edit, and publish digital content on websites. Their duties typically include uploading content, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring website functionality, and collaborating with content creators or developers. CMS Operators play a crucial role in keeping websites updated and running smoothly, often working with platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. They may also be tasked with monitoring site performance, implementing security measures, and training other staff on CMS usage.
