ELIGIBLE FOR CMH EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: PRIORITY RECRUITMENT
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) and Oregon Heath & Science University (OHSU) are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our existing practice group of 1 physician and 1 nurse practitioner in Seaside, Oregon. Join us in our mission to provide excellence, leadership, and compassion in the enhancement of health for those we serve.
This position will serve as an Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Clinical Associate providing clinical care within the CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic in Seaside. OHSU Clinical Associates are fully embedded physicians and devote 100 percent of their time to patient care.
Highlights
  • Work in a close team of new and experienced physicians, APPs, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
  • Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient-only schedule. Monday-Friday 4/10s schedule.
  • Light phone only call rotation is shared among the group. Our acute care hospital is staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
  • This is a full-time, hospital-employed position, with immediate access to multiple specialists.
  • Integrated Cerner EMR platform is utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
  • Four (4) hours per week of dedicated Administrative time.

Required Qualifications
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in a primary specialty (internal medicine, family medicine, etc.)
  • MD / DO
  • Able to obtain Oregon Medical License
  • DEA
