What You'll Do
  • General Administrative Functions such as telephone calls, email, mail and filing
  • Provide customer service, ensures customer's needs and contract requirements are fulfilled
  • Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
  • Execute weekly payroll functions and approvals in time-keeping system
  • Receiving PO's
  • Production entry in FACTS
  • Work in FACTS to transfer material and produce shipping documents
  • Send Pick tickets to billing and create necessary backorders
  • Other duties as assigned in general support of the organization

What You'll Need
  • Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Advanced knowledge in Excel is preferred
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally with customers, employees, and business leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Both awareness and accuracy are incredibly important in all aspects of this position
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs and climb stairs

Your Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree or higher preferred
