About the Role

As an Evening (PM) Server at Il Falo Wood Fired Kitchen, you will create memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service and high-quality food presentation in a warm, inviting atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding, attentive guest service from greeting to check presentation
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout service
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle guest feedback professionally
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems (Micros preferred)
  • Experience with OpenTable is a plus
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
