Early Intervention Physical Therapist

Salary Range: Fee for Service Location: Throughout the 5 Boroughs

$65 for 30 min session, $85 for 60 min session without DOH Letter as a W2

$70 for 30 min session, $90 for 60 min session with DOH Letter as a 1099

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking NYS Licensed Physical Therapists to provide therapeutic services in home settings. Our In-Home Services are provided throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC. We utilize a team-centered approach fostering collaboration across all disciplines.

  • Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with developmental delays
  • Collaborate with families to create programs and work towards goals listed in the childs IFSP
  • Monitor & assess program effectiveness
  • Document & communicate treatment results & individuals progress to relevant parties
  • Work effectively with our team of multi-disciplinary service providers

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Master's in Physical Therapy (Required)
  • NYS Physical Therapist License (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Previous experience with children who have disabilities and families
  • Ability to build rapport with children & families
  • Passion to help & motivate others
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to numerous locations to meet with clients, attend meetings and visit healthcare facilities.
