Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a CM Team Manager (LISW/LPCC). 

Join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions to lead healthy and productive lives. GCBHS has an immediate opening for Independently Licensed Counselor or Social Worker ( LISW/ LPCC  with management experience to supervise a ACT Case Management team serving adults who are experiencing severe mental health disorders in Hamilton County.

 The ideal candidate will have an active Ohio LISW or LPCC. 
Responsibilities for CM Team Manager:

  • Responsible for the administrative management and daily operations of assigned care management team.
  • Provides coordination, leadership, and supervision to care managers. 
  • Manages the daily operation of team supporting organization goals and philosophy. 
  • Coordinates clinical supervision of team staff and services.

Requirements for CM Team Manager: 

  • Degree in mental health, social work, counseling or other field of study that is related to the treatment, support and education of the mentally ill required or three years of related experience required.
  • Previous supervisory and administrative experience required.  Licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. LISW or LPCC.
