POSITION OVERVIEWThe Club Manager is responsible for the overall success, operations, and financial performance of the club. This role oversees membership growth, staff leadership, facility operations, programming, and member experience while ensuring alignment with brand standards and franchise expectations.
The Club Manager owns the club P&L, reports directly to the franchisee, and serves as the primary escalation point for member, staff, and operational issues. This position also supports revenue growth through memberships, private events, sponsorships, and community outreach efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own overall club performance and P&L accountability
  • Drive membership sales, retention, and revenue growth
  • Oversee private events, sponsorships, and community partnerships
  • Manage club operations, facility needs, and brand standard compliance
  • Serve as the escalation point for member, staff, and operational concerns
  • Hire, train, schedule, and support club staff and Assistant Managers
  • Oversee club programming and ambassador initiatives
  • Ensure completion of all required training pathways in Delightree
  • Attend franchise reporting calls, trainings, and leadership meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive club culture
  • Maintain proficiency in club systems including Playbypoint, HubSpot, Aircall, Wingfield, SWISH, and Delightree

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with sales, operations, and team leadership preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business experience preferred
  • Knowledge of pickleball is a plus

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
  • Standard five-day work week
  • Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and operational escalations as needed
