As we continue to grow, we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Warehouse & Production team. Whether you have warehouse experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Job Summary:
Club Colors is seeking Warehouse Associates to support our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you'll help ensure customer orders are received, organized, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time while supporting inventory accuracy and overall production efficiency.
No warehouse experience? No problem. We are happy to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do:
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
  • Replenish and organize inventory to support efficient operations
  • Prepare orders for production and update status within the ERP system
  • Process shipments, including labeling and carrier coordination (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Perform quality checks on product counts, packaging, and order details
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues quickly
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment (training and certification provided)
  • Support additional production areas as needed (embroidery, screen print, finishing)
  • Be available for overtime during peak seasons

Who you are:
Required
  • No previous warehouse experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems.

Preferred
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or production experience.
  • Experience using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification not required).
  • Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of shipping carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
