Position Overview

The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving studio growth by assisting the General Manager with new membership sales and supporting member retention. This position focuses on lead follow-up, booking Demo Classes, and delivering an exceptional first impression for every prospective member.
Pilates or fitness experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person with a strong sales mindset and positive energy.
Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing
  • Conduct studio tours and build relationships by understanding individual goals
  • Book and convert quality Demo Class appointments
  • Maintain personal sales production and contribute to monthly goals
  • Present memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training programs
  • Support member retention through excellent service and communication
  • Participate in special events such as health fairs, community events, and promotions
  • Continue developing sales skills and product knowledge
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to close sales
  • Ability to learn and use Club Ready software
  • Comfortable standing or sitting for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Occasional local travel may be required
