Job description

Bayside Resort Golf Club, located in Selbyville, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Outside Operations - Bag Drop/Starter! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Outside Services Attendant:
  • Assists with the overall upkeep of Bayside Resort Golf Club.
  • Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
  • Assists in educating players regarding the game.
  • Directs start of play when necessary.
  • Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
  • Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
  • Assists with food and beverage activities.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:
  • One month related experience or training.
Other Qualifications:
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
