  • Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour based on experience and certifications

  • Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season. Must be able to attend training sessions before the middle of December. This information is subject to change!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Teach snow sports in a safe, fun environment to ensure a memorable experience for guests and staff.

  • Represent the Resort by being well-informed about facilities and products.

  • Build rapport with guests and staff by establishing trust and showing care.

  • Adhere to Ski and Snowboard School practices and resort policies.

  • Participate in required and optional training clinics, workshops, and exams.

  • Maintain professionalism by following uniform and grooming policies.

  • Complete all necessary reports accurately. Note: Responsibilities may evolve with the resort and position.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:
  • Beginner level Skier orintermediate Snowboarder

  • All Instructors must be willing & able to learn to ski

  • Knowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certification preferred

  • Previous outdoor experience is a plus

  • May require lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
