RESUMEN GENERAL DEL PUESTO: Será responsable de mantener las áreas en común limpias y en óptimas condiciones en todo momento. A través de un programa de limpieza diario que incluye reparaciones menores.

TAREAS ESENCIALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

1. Verificará diariamente todas las áreas del club, internas y externas, y le informará al/la líder director/a de club de algún desperfecto que encuentre.

2. Limpiará diariamente todas las áreas y superficies del club, con el fin de mantener un lugar seguro y atractivo para nuestros participantes (niños/as).

3. Será responsable de que las paredes estén libres de grafiti y que las mismas estén pintadas con los colores oficiales de la organización.

4. Realizará inspecciones y se asegurará que todas las áreas estén en el funcionamiento correcto, proporcionando de ser necesario reparaciones.

5. Será ejemplo positivo en todo momento, a través de sus acciones dentro y fuera del club.

6. Realizará trabajos menores de construcción como; reemplazo de losetas, reparación de paredes (bloques, gypsum board y madera), albañilería, plomería, electricidad básica.

7. Es responsable del inventario y de realizar listados de compra de materiales para las reparaciones.

8. Mantendrá contacto diario con el personal del club (profesional y voluntario), miembros del club, y supervisor para recibir/proveer información, discutir situaciones, explicar guías/instrucciones y ofrecer asesoría.

9. Es responsable del mantenimiento de la unidad móvil y que la misma este al día con las inspecciones rutinarias.

10. Es responsable por seguir las medidas de salud y seguridad relacionadas a su trabajo diario y utilizar equipo de protección personal.

11. Responsable de realizar reparaciones leves, pintura, plomería básica ext.


Educación y/o Experiencia: Cuarto año de escuela superior y/o dos (2) años de experiencia en tareas relacionadas.
