Position Summary

The Club Support Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming premium club spaces. This position is responsible for table maintenance, dining area presentation, and ensuring condiment carts remain fully stocked and guest-ready throughout each event.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables throughout service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of dining and seating areas.
  • Monitor, replenish, and organize condiment carts with essential supplies, including napkins, utensils, condiments, and other service items.
  • Discreetly remove used dishware, trash, and other debris from guest areas to maintain a polished environment.
  • Ensure all guest-facing service areas remain clean, organized, and ready for continuous use.
  • Perform light cleaning and sanitation duties in accordance with company policies and health and safety standards.
  • Assist team members with maintaining a seamless and elevated hospitality experience in premium club areas.
