As we continue to grow, we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Production team. Whether you have previous production experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.

 

Job Summary:

Club Colors is seeking Production Finishing Associates to help ensure every order leaving our facility meets our high standards for quality and presentation. In this role, you'll inspect, finish, package, and prepare decorated apparel for shipment while playing a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

No previous production or finishing experience? No problem. We are happy to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Perform final quality inspections on embroidered and screen-printed apparel.
  • Inspect garments for loose threads, print defects, pinholes, stains, and other imperfections.
  • Steam garments to ensure a clean, professional appearance.
  • Trim excess threads and complete minor finishing tasks.
  • Fold apparel by size and prepare products for packaging.
  • Polybag finished garments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment.
  • Pack and box completed orders according to company shipping standards.
  • Support kitting, special projects, and other production functions as needed.
  • Update order status in internal systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work overtime during peak production periods when required.

 

Who You Are:

Required

  • No previous finishing or production experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems.

Preferred

  • Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, embroidery, screen printing, apparel, or fulfillment experience.
  • Experience performing quality inspections or product finishing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
