We are seeking a dependable, caring, and trustworthy Kids Club Associate to join our dedicated EoS Fitness Childcare team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Kids Club Associate will excel in communication with children, parents, and fellow staff members, backed by prior experience within a Kids Club setting. Essential Purpose: Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for children aged two to twelve years old.
- Supervise children's activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking bookings.
- Support with daily and weekly tasks and ensure efficient team operations.
- Implement emergency procedures for the Kids Club, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
