Job Description:

  • Reviews patient’s history and educates patient about the procedure.
  • Monitors and documents patient’s condition, responding to and reporting any adverse reactions. Identifies and corrects artifacts during EEG procedures.
  • Edits and forwards results to the attending physician for analysis and interpretation.
  • Scores, graphs, analyzes, documents, and reports results of diagnostic procedures.
  • Participates in departmental and organizational programs and staff development. Helps train Tech I, Tech II, and students.
