What are some common challenges clinical laboratory scientists face when working in a fast-paced hospital setting?

Clinical Laboratory Scientists in hospital environments often encounter challenges such as managing high sample volumes, meeting quick turnaround times for critical test results, and ensuring accuracy under time pressure. They must stay up-to-date with evolving laboratory technologies and adhere to strict quality control standards.
