Cyber Oracle Cloud Security - Senior Consultant / Senior Engineering Management Specialist
Help organizations strengthen access, controls, and risk management across Oracle Cloud environments. As a Senior Consultant, Oracle Cloud Security, you will support clients through security design, implementation, and optimization efforts tied to large-scale transformation programs. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud security solutions across functions and stakeholders.

As a Senior Consultant on the Oracle Cloud Security team, you will be responsible for...
  • Designing and configuring security roles, access models, and controls within Oracle Cloud applications
  • Supporting security workstreams across Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations
  • Analyzing business process requirements and translating them into role design, provisioning, and segregation of duties requirements
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to test, remediate, and deploy Oracle Cloud security solutions
  • Documenting security requirements, design decisions, defects, and remediation plans throughout implementation and post-go-live support

Deloitte's Oracle Cloud Security professionals help clients design and implement security models that align with business processes, compliance requirements, and transformation objectives. The team works across Oracle Cloud programs to support secure access, role design, control execution, and sustainable governance across enterprise platforms.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, accounting, business, or a similar field
  • 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Cloud security
  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), or a combination of these modules
  • Experience with role design, user provisioning, segregation of duties, security testing, and access controls in Oracle Cloud environments
  • Experience supporting at least 1 Oracle Cloud implementation, enhancement, or transformation program
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud or automated controls solutions
  • Experience with cross-functional Oracle Cloud security design across multiple modules
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, or security remediation activities
  • Experience leading client workshops, security design sessions, or requirement reviews
  • Oracle Cloud certification
  • Experience with reporting security, integration security, or environment migration activities
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 to $207,800.
